    I am writing to report an issue with my recent online photo order. Despite having my order and transaction numbers, I have not received my order or confirmation email.

    To resolve this, I visited your St. Luke’s warehouse, but unfortunately, they were unable to locate my order. Moreover, I was treated rudely during the visit, which was quite disappointing.

    I provided my order number [insert order number] and transaction number [insert transaction number], yet I was told that without a confirmation email, my order could not be found. This is very frustrating as I have the necessary details to verify the order.

    Could you please look into this matter and confirm the status of my order? I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this.
